IN-PERSON
COACHING

Personalised training programmes tailored to your goals, determined during an initial consultation and assessed at regular evaluations. Whether you’re an individual or a duo, of any age or fitness level (with medical approval), the sessions are adapted to suit your needs.

Training options include cross-training, circuit training, free weights and bands, and flexibility work. Sessions take place in person either at your home (indoors or outdoors) or in my studio space in the Pays de Fayence (South of France).

ONLINE
PROGRAMMES

Structured training programmes designed to help you achieve specific goals whilst working out independently, with ongoing support. Ideal for those needing motivation and guidance for home or gym workouts.

The programme includes video consultations to define and assess initial goals and objectives, as well as weekly check-ins to ensure progress tracking and allow for adjustments to refine your fitness journey.

Outdoor Hop

GROUP TRAINING

Small group training sessions designed to provide a fun, motivating, and supportive environment whilst working towards individual fitness goals. Each participant benefits from guided coaching whilst enjoying the energy and encouragement of a group dynamic.

 

Suitable for all levels, these sessions incorporate a mix of training styles, such as circuit training, cross-training, and strength work with free weights and bands.
